1. EXPRESS DELIVERY

The customer is notified when the product is handed over to the courier. From that moment, delivery may take 24 to 48 hours for deliveries within Italy, depending on the area, and 48 to 72 hours for deliveries in all other European countries. No courier delivers to the floor, so the customer is asked to organize themselves in case of bulky and/or heavy packages.

2. TRACKING DELIVERIES

The goods travel with express couriers or our trusted couriers, depending on the area. You can request at any time from our Customer Service (info@ecometa.store) where your shipment is, and in the case of express courier shipping, you will receive the tracking number to follow it to its destination.

3. DIRECT PICKUP AT ECOMETA WAREHOUSES

It is possible to pick up products directly from our warehouse at Via Libero Grassi 4/a, 40036, Rioveggio (BO), thus eliminating shipping times.

Requesting it is very simple: just select "Pickup in store" as the delivery method when completing your order.

You can order online and you will be notified as soon as your products are ready for pickup.

4. WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF DAMAGED PACKAGES

When the courier delivers, carefully check:

  1. That the package is intact, undamaged, and conforms to the standard characteristics of a package.
  2. In case of delivery on a pallet, check that the film is intact, well-adhered, and does not show abnormal openings.
  3. That the number of packages indicated on the invoice or the DDT, which was sent to you by email, corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered. Any disputes must be raised immediately with the carrier. Without such disputes, the product is considered to be delivered correctly.

What to do in case of damage due to transport or suspicion of missing products:

  1. Express a specific reservation, i.e., accept the delivery but sign the courier document writing "Accepted with reservation" specifying the reasons in detail.
  2. Reject the damaged goods if it is not possible to accept them with reservation or if the damage is visible without having to open the packages. Without a written reservation, it will not be possible to claim for damages or shortages.
