The main differences between the two types of showcases that Ecometa offers are in the thickness of the sheets and the finishing of the edges, in detail: The "Arca" showcase is made up of 5 panels of 5-millimetre thick Plexiglas, the edges of the sheets are finished at 45° using a special diamond cutter that makes the edges completely transparent and 100% dustproof. The "Arca Lite" display case is composed of 5 panels of 4 millimetres thick Plexiglas, the edges of the sheets maintain a 90° laser finish, which when joined together through a simple joint make the case completely dustproof.

In the case of the Arca display case with a classic base, in addition to the measurements entered in the configurator or seen in the product description, an extra 1 mm must be considered on each side; if a thick base is present, an extra 5 mm per side must be considered. In the case of the Arca Lite display case the values become 2 mm more per side with a classic base and remain unchanged for the extra thick base.

Once the product has been shipped, you will receive the tracking of the shipment by e-mail, so that you can monitor the arrival of your Theca; you can also check the status of your order on the 'Order History' page.

On average, the showcases are shipped 7-8 working days after the order is placed or upon settlement of the order, depending on the payment method chosen.

After more than 40 years in the industry, we know that glued showcases can have several criticalities: the disassembled showcase guarantees, should a corner be damaged or a plate scratched, that it can be replaced without buying the entire showcase again; we can create showcases of any size, which is difficult with glued showcases; the showcases do not arrive broken, which would certainly happen with a glued showcase.

Only first-class materials are used for Ecometa products: we use trademarked Plexiglas. This material is guaranteed against yellowing for 30 years, offers UV protection and guarantees incredible transparency.

The plates of your showcase will have two films, one easily visible blue and one transparent which will make your plate look opaque. Both are to be removed, the result will be incredible...

Don't be scared! All the showcases we ship go through several quality checks! Should you find yourself with a slightly blue or opaque white display case, you have certainly forgotten to remove a film! Remember that protective films are applied to both sides of each plate!

Don't worry! It can happen that in the handling of the shipment the courier may carelessly break one or more pieces inside the package. Please notify us immediately of the breakage using the appropriate contact form, indicating the quantity of the broken pieces and the measurements, and do not forget to attach photos of the damage.
